In 2013, she was awarded by Purdue University College of Liberal Arts with the prestigious Emerging Voice Award. She was previously featured as one of the twenty-eight most influential African American women in Essence Magazine and Mobile Marketer's "Mobile Women to Watch.”

In her current professional role as Marketing Director for SW Regions and System Oncology in Florida, Christina leads the strategic development and tactical execution of multi-faceted marketing programs for four Florida Hospital campuses in the Central Region South West market and the Florida Hospital tri-county system-wide oncology program. Formerly she worked in a variety of marketing and advertising roles, most recently as an executive consultant with her own firm, Dolan Consulting Services. Previously, she was Senior Vice President at Moxie (formerly Engauge). She also has worked at Robinson, Yesawich & Pepperdine, DDB Needham Worldwide, Young and Rubicam, and the Walt Disney Company. Christina serves as an Advisory Board Member for St. James Catholic School and is Chair of its Strategic Planning Committee.

Josh is an advisory board member of the Purdue University Lamb School of Communication and was awarded the 2016 Emerging Voice Award.
