Courses: Master's in Corporate Training

Students complete 30 credits over 5 semesters with a time commitment of approximately 15-20 hours per week. The curriculum is designed to teach more than the textbook definitions of theory and strategy. You will achieve a heightened understanding of learning theories and instructional design coupled with strategic communication and communication research methods as well as the tools needed to leverage effective messaging within the organization. The selected coursework teaches practical skills that students can use right now. 

Along with a capstone project or practicum applying what they learn, students complete courses in and gain a deeper understanding of:

  • Strategic Communication
  • Strategic Communication and Social Media
  • Communication and Leadership
