The letters are associated with a noun that starts with that letter. For example, A apple, C cotton, G ground, T thunder, etc. . . There are images scattered within the blocks of letters that include an ear, a swan, an umbrella and a bear. There are a total of 48 blocks. Below the blocks is an open book of only the front and back covers. There are images of animals such as a horse, cow, do, lobster, etc. which have been scribbled in with a blue ink pen.
