The path leading up to the villa is rocky and on the edge of a cliff; there are strubs lining the mountain side and jagged rocks in the distance. There are a couple people sitting on the rocks looking out to the view. The villa is defined by two rock pillars at the peak of the mountain and then the rest of the villa ruins.
