Betty Fairbank

Betty Fairbank was born in Washington state in 1923, grew up in California, and now lives in the Gulf Islands of British Columbia. A freelance photographer, she moved to Canada in 1971 where she produced and marketed a line of note and post cards during the 1970s and 1980s. She now considers herself retired. Her negatives of Jane Rule are housed in the University of British Columbia archives.
