Certificate of Achievement in German for Specialized Purposes

This Certificate offers students the opportunity to achieve a high level of proficiency in German and focuses on business, economics, science, and engineering. It complements majors in other subjects across the Purdue campus.

The following courses are part of the certificate:

GER 223: Scientific German        or        GER 224: Business German

GER 301: German Level V

GER 302: German Level VI         or        GER 323: German for Science and Engineering

GER 424: Business German

GER 524: German for International Trade

Requirements: 15 credit hours total and an average grade of B in these courses.
