In her current professional role as Business Development Manager for Allsteel, Tanya is responsible for the organization’s sales across the state of Indiana. Tanya is a workplace consultant who acts as a trusted advisor to end users, designers, brokers and general contractors regarding the long-term trends within the workplace. Additionally, she advises on how to create holistic spaces where people thrive. Formerly, Tanya worked at Knoll, Inc. and several furniture dealerships in both a sales and design role, specifically consulting and designing for healthcare clients. Right out of school, Tanya started her own design consulting firm, became a Women-Owned certified business, and pursued and won a contract with a Fortune 500 company, where she managed their facility projects nationwide. Tanya holds an MBA from Eastern Michigan University, with a focus on entrepreneurship; something she is very passionate about. Tanya lives in Indianapolis with her husband and five children. Her hobbies include indoor and outdoor rock climbing, figure skating and yoga.
