Sabrina Wilson is a Global Vice President of Human Resources at CH2M, $5B+ annual revenue, 20K employee Fortune 500 global engineering and construction company dedicated to laying the foundation for human progress by turning challenge into opportunity.
Ms. Wilson has a 20+ year track record in evaluating diverse business models and organizational structures, under¬standing key business drivers, and collaborating with leadership to effect changes in the way the business thinks, acts and goes to market. Positively impacting business, financial, market and shareholder returns in business environments undergoing rapid-growth, turnaround, mergers and acquisition (M&A), culture change, market diversification, and domes¬tic and international expansion.
Over her career, Ms. Wilson has excelled in a variety of environments including R&D, engineering, consulting, construction, manufacturing (union and open shop environments) and distribution organizations. She is a catalyst for pulling together and engaging management and employees alike to translate large strategic issues into actionable programs/projects that solve problems and deliver results. Proven ability to establish trust at all levels of the organiza¬tion, move fluidly between strategic and hands-on roles, and build/lead HR teams and programs aligned with overarching business goals and that optimize a company’s most valuable assets – people.
Ms. Wilson holds two leadership roles, first is the Strategic Human Resources Business Partner to the Executive Leadership team for the State & Local Governments Client Sector. Following implementation of a new operating model in January 2017, appointed the top HR leader to the executive team of one of three newly created client groups, the largest global sector, she continues to drive change, and provide strategic HR solutions supporting growth in annual revenue and 10K employees worldwide.
She is also HR for HR, partnering with the HR executives to shape the global HR team. She is the Program Manager for CH2M’s HR Rotational Program, overseeing the accelerated development of early career HR professionals.
In 1994, Ms. Wilson graduated from Purdue University with a BA in Organizational & Corporate Communication. She also has her MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University. In addition to her passion for Human Resources and mentoring/developing others, Ms. Wilson and her husband enjoy traveling and spending time with their nieces and nephews. She also enjoys reading, gardening and mountain trail running.
