Currently, the College of Liberal Arts offers the Graduate Certificate in Strategic Communications and the MS in Communication. The College of Education offers a Graduate Certificate in Instructional Design and a <\/span>MSEd<\/span> in Learning, Design and Technology. The program faculty are collaborating on these topics to create an interdisciplinary degree called Master of Science in Graduate Studies with a major in Corporate Training and Communication. The degree combines courses from both programs for cohesive learning outcomes across education training and communication to build a 30-credit hour program.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

For all Purdue Online programs, you\u2019ll go through the same aid process and have similar options for aid as do other students.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

If you are a degree-seeking student and meet financial aid citizenship requirements, you may be eligible for the Stafford and\/or Grad PLUS Loan programs. To be considered for these, be sure to complete your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and that you are enrolled at least half time. As a Purdue graduate student, you will be taking classes in an online environment. Instructors provide material, lectures, tests and assignments that can be accessed at any time. Your lectures are not time restricted, meaning you don\u2019t need to be logged in to view your course material at a specific time.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

However, all your course activities, assignments and exams must be completed by their respective due dates. You will need to view course lectures regularly to keep current.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Students are graded based on their performance in class. The courses we offer online will have various methods for grading depending on the specific requirements for a given class. Students can expect to experience any combination of homework, graded exam, final project, group work or graded reports. <\/span><\/span>Purdue Grading Scale<\/span><\/span><\/a><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
