We’re proud of our legacy in the Brian Lamb School of Communication which not only goes back to the early days of our University but has had a monumental impact on the discipline of Communication itself.<\/span><\/p>\n The communication program at Purdue has a long, rich history. The first communication (speech) coursework was offered at Purdue over 100 years ago and the Department of Communication was founded at Purdue just over 60 years ago.
