Christi Eden is a continuing lecturer in the Brian Lamb School of Communication at Purdue University. Christi serves as the Faculty Advisor for Boiler Communication, the Lamb School’s student-run public relations firm, and the Association for Women in Communication. She is also the COM 114 Test Out Director for the Lamb School. She holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Indianapolis in Communication with an emphasis in Public Relations. She obtained her Master’s Degree from Purdue University studying Public Relations and Organizational Leadership. Prior to joining Purdue full-time, Christi taught at Ivy Tech Community College as an adjunct faculty member as well as at Purdue University as a limited-term lecturer.

Christi prides herself on her work with Boiler Communication. Since she began as the advisor in 2014, Boiler Communication has won five best of show awards and one award of honor from the Hoosier Chapter Public Relations Society of America. Christi also spends her time completing freelance public relations campaigns alongside her husband through their firm, Eden Consulting.
