John Loving will soon earn his Ph.D. in Ethics and Theology at Loyola University in Chicago. His expertise centers on the philosophical and theological development in Western Europe with a particular focus on the Christian mystical tradition. He is also interested in the history and development and anthropology of the Christian doctrines and their relationship to Greek philosophy, notably Neoplatonism. He has taught courses on religion, logic, ethics and philosophy. His office is BRNG 1153.
