Travis Knapp received his Ph.D. in English Literature from the University of Missouri in 2021. His specialty is early modern British Literature. While his current research project focuses on early seventeenth-century religious culture, he is also interested in classical reception, satire, rhetoric, poetics, and early print and manuscript culture.  He has a forthcoming article in Prose Studies on early seventeenth-century court sermons.
