Emerging Leaders Scholars Program
Emerging Leader Scholars within the College of Liberal Arts will experience a hands-on, multifaceted, curricular, and co-curricular scholars’ program that will enhance academic success, instill leadership skills, and prepare students for future careers. This journey begins the summer of acceptance and continues through to graduation. Each year features unique opportunities to earn academic credits, build community, and gain professional skills and experiences.
College of Liberal Arts Inspired, Mentored, and Empowered (CLAIM)
The College of Liberal Arts Inspired, Mentored, and Empowered (CLAIM) learning community aims to empower and mentor liberal arts students who are embarking on their college journey. Students will meet with diverse faculty and staff, participate in cultural attractions and discover pathways into fields they might not have considered. Culturally-relevant mentoring will be provided to enhance future career or advanced education goals.
CAPS
CAPS (Counseling and Psychological Services) is a team of multicultural sensitive professionals that provide psychological services to student. They are committed to giving students the opportunity to talk to a therapist or psychologist in a supportive atmosphere.
