Virtual STAR Information

VSTAR is Purdue's required two-part online orientation program for all incoming students. VSTAR stands for Virtual Student Transition, Advising, and Registration. VSTAR guides students through campus resources and provides information on the course planning process to help you make a strong start at Purdue! You can complete VSTAR at any pace, but you must complete it and meet with your academic advisor.

VSTAR Part 1 officially opens on May 2, 2022, and students are encouraged to complete it as soon as possible: June 10 for Summer and Early Start students, and June 24 for all Fall beginners. For more information, please visit the VSTAR website.
