Marjorie Randolph serves as Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Administration for The Walt Disney Studios. The Studios content includes live action and animated movies (including all Miramax and Pixar films), all music associated with the movies, as well as independent music labels, the worldwide home entertainment division, the Stageplay group, which includes ice shows and the  live family entertainment division, and newest addition, IM Digital, which makes motion capture movies. All supporting infrastructure are also a part of the Studio organization. The Studios have a worldwide employee base.

Randolph joined Disney Feature Animation in 1996, as Vice President of Human Resources.  In 1998, she became Senior Vice President and in 2000 the head of Human Resources for The Walt Disney Studios. Prior to joining Disney, she had been Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Mervyn’s, the Hayward, California-based department store chain. During her tenure at Mervyn’s, from 1983 to 1996, she also was responsible for Risk Management and Human Resources.

Randolph is a member of the California Bar and a board member of the Western Justice Center Foundation, located in Southern California.  In addition, she is a member of the National Advisory Panel of Stanford University’s Institute for Research on Women and Gender.  She has served as a member of the Board of Trustees of Berkeley Repertory Theatre for some years and presently serves as President of the Board. She is also a board member of California Trout, an environmental group which works for the preservation of California’s natural rivers and streams. She is also a past president of California Women Lawyers. 

Randolph was honored as a 2007 Purdue "Old Master" and in 2005 named as a "Noted Alumni" in Facts at Your Fingertips.
