Deborah Fleetham completed her Ph.D. in History at the University of Rochester in 2002. Her dissertation was entitled "In the Shadow of Luther: The Reshaping of Protestantism in Berlin, 1817-1848." Her research interests include Europe since 1789 with a specialization in modern German history, women's/gender history, and religious history.
