I am a computational archaeologist interested in the ways software can facilitate the preservation and analysis of archaeological data, especially with respect to legacy collections and public archaeology. I am currently creating open source software tools to digitize the unpublished records from the 1970s excavation of the Gulkana site in the Copper River Basin of Alaska. My goal is to facilitate access to this data by both academic and public stakeholder communities.
