Fionna Fahey (she/her) is a Ph.D. student of Anthropology focusing on feminist, environmental, and applied anthropology. She received her BA in Interdisciplinary Studies and master's in public policy (MPP) from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. During her master's she worked in community food advocacy and interdisciplinary qualitative research. Her doctoral project integrates critical feminist and science and technology studies lenses to study seeds, intergenerational health, and social justice. She is particularly interested in the ways different communities, organizations, and institutions use, preserve, and circulate seeds for collective futures.
