WGSS 280 - Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies: An Introduction
Rachel Ramlawi is a Ph.D. student in American Studies. Her research interests focus on analyzing gender and race in Popular Culture, particularly animated film, and television. Before coming to study at Purdue she worked for a year as a Bookmobile and Outreach librarian providing library services to underserved communities in small rural and working-class Ohio towns, and the country jail.
She holds an M.A in Popular Culture from Bowling Green State University, and a B.A. in Popular Culture from Bowling Green State University. She has instructed in Popular Culture studies.
