THiNK, the College of Liberal Arts magazine, recently won three American Advertising Awards from the North Central Indiana chapter of the American Advertising Federation. Please join me in congratulating editor Stacey Mickelbart; the entire marketing and communications team, including Jodi Silotto, Lorri Foster, and Bobby Dorn; and Barbara Dixon and Lori Sparger, who serve with me as part of the editorial team.
The October 2015 issue won a Silver Addy for magazine design, and “Something Wicked This Way Comes,” a February 2015 feature on notions of female strength and vulnerability throughout history and pop culture, won a Silver Addy for publication design of an editorial feature. For the second year in a row, THiNK also won the Mosaic Award for a publication that promotes diversity and multiculturalism, which is selected by the judges from all entries submitted.
