SCLA 200: Cornerstone of Constitutional Law

In this interdisciplinary course, students read case law to understand legal reasoning and constitutional doctrines and identify major constitutional conflicts. It explores how the forces of technology, economics, politics, scientific development, and medicine transform constitutional law.
