Specialization
My research focuses on the phonetics and psycholinguistics of bilingual populations. My principle line of research investigates both the outcomes of code-switching, as well as the underlying mechanisms that govern language separation and selection. As a secondary area, I am interested in using tools for phonetic analysis as a method for teaching pronunciation.
Research Areas: Phonetics and Phonology; Bilingualism, Language Contact, Code switching, and Language switching; Psycholinguistics and Neurolinguistics.
