October - Alfred López
Please join me in congratulating Alfred López—professor, department head of Interdisciplinary Studies, and interim department head of English—on the publication of his book A Posthumous History of José Martí: The Apostle and his Afterlife through Routledge Press.
This is López’s fifth full publication. His previous titles include José Martí: A Revolutionary Life, José Martí and the Future of Cuban Nationalism, and Posts and Pasts: A Theory of Postcolonialism. He is also the editor of The Routledge Companion to Global South Literatures, forthcoming from Routledge.
Congratulations, Professor López!
