Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Administration (Retired), Walt Disney Studios (Burbank, CA)

Marjorie Randolph served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Administration for The Walt Disney Studios for 15 years. The Studios content includes live action and animated movies (including all Pixar films), all music associated with the movies, independent music labels, the worldwide home entertainment division, and the Stageplay group (including ice shows and the live family entertainment division). All supporting infrastructure are also a part of the Studio organization. The Studios have a worldwide employee base.

Prior to joining Disney, Randolph had been Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Mervyn’s, the California-based department store chain, during that time owned by Dayton Hudson Corporation (now known as Target Corporation).  During her tenure at Mervyn’s, from 1983 to 1996, she was responsible for risk management and human resources.

Randolph is a member of the California Bar and a member of the National Advisory Panel of Stanford University’s Institute for Research on Women and Gender.  She has served as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Berkeley Repertory Theatre and is now President of the Board.  She is also a past president of California Women Lawyers.

Randolph was honored as a Purdue Old Master (2007) and as a "Noted Alumni" in Facts at Your Fingertips (2005).
