Unsung Hero: Munt leads the conversation

Although Christopher Munt has the educational background and stature to be loud and dominant in the area of diversity if he wished, he takes a quiet approach to ushering community conversation on topics that have the ability to divide.
He typically thinks before he speaks, strokes his beard while ruminating and takes pride in passing off the tell-your-own-story baton to fellow Conversation Circle members — with no judgments, no taking sides.
“He has a wonderful ability to bring people together around a subject,” said Steve Clark, a participant in the current round of Conversation Circles, the Diversity Roundtable's community-building initiative that aims to create dialogue across differences within a small group.
