Todd Putman serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Growth Officer of The Bumble Bee Seafood Company.
In his role, Todd is charged with building a contemporary growth brand company, developing and executing successful brand strategies to foster transformational change and sustained growth for every aspect of The Bumble Bee Seafood Company. Since joining the team in 2018, Todd has been focused on directing the organization forward, evaluating key cultural trends and gleaning insights from consumers to reinvent the company’s core business with a keen eye toward emerging product innovation to further Bumble Bee’s offering of delicious, healthy and sustainable seafood options.
Todd is a proven leader with more than 30 years of experience across the consumer products industry from general management to marketing and innovation. Prior to joining Bumble Bee, he worked with Campbell Soup Company where he served as general manager of Campbell Fresh. His additional experience includes senior executive-level positions across sales, marketing and innovation sectors at leading consumer brands from Procter & Gamble and Walt Disney to The Coca-Cola Company.
Todd received a bachelor’s degree in communications from Purdue University. He currently serves as a dean’s advisory council member for the College of Liberal Arts at Purdue University and holds a board member position for The Public Good Projects, a nonprofit organization that utilizes mass media as a solution for pressing health issues. Additionally, Todd was a task force chair for the Produce Marketing Association and as consultant for the Partnership for a Healthier America, a nonprofit created with former first lady, Michelle Obama to combat childhood obesity.
