Marjorie Randolph served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Administration for The Walt Disney Studios (worldwide) for 15 years.  Her role encompassed the HR oversight of all movies, all companies owned by Disney making movies (Pixar, Miramax, etc), all music associated with the movies, the worldwide home entertainment business, and the Stageplay group (which includes the ice shows and all live family entertainment groups).

Prior to joining Disney, Randolph had been Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Mervyn's, a California based department store chain, owned at that time by the Dayton Hudson Corporation. She also was responsible for risk management and human resources.

Randolph is a member of the California Bar, a past president of California Women Lawyers, a former member of Stanford University's Clayman Institute for Gender Research, and former president of Berkeley Repertory Theatre's Board of Trustees, as well as a continuing member of that board.

She serves on the board of University of California Press (UC Press), as a board member of Kronos Quartet, and also on the leadership councils of Chabot Space and Science Center and Futures Without Violence.

Randolph was honored as a Purdue Old Master (2007) and as a "Noted Alumni" in Facts at Your Fingertips (2005).
