After graduating with a BA in Sociology from the University of Illinois, Aimee spent the early years of her career in Development and Fundraising for non-profits in higher education.
Using her 10 years of non-profit fundraising experience and understanding of caregivers' needs during stressful times, Aimee helped create WhatFriendsDo.com as the go-to source for online support management and the "take action site” for helping friends when it’s needed most.
Aimee Kandrac is the co-founder and CEO of WhatFriendsDo and was named a Top 50 Mompreneur by Babble.com.
She serves the community as a mentor for the Entrepreneurial Programs at Butler and Purdue Universities. She is also a member of the Founders Society.
