Brian Holcombe

Brian A. Holcombe, MPA is a native of the rural cornfields of Indiana and currently is the State Affairs Coordinator for the National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies (NAMIC). Brian helps organize and execute NAMIC’s state lobbying efforts and provides administrative support to the State Affairs Committee. He also serves as the connection between the NAMIC team and staff at the National Conference of Insurance Legislators and the National Association of Insurance Companies.

Brian received his bachelor’s degree in political science and a bachelor’s degree in history from Purdue University, where he currently serves on the Purdue University College of Liberal Arts Alumni Board. He later went on to receive his master’s degree in public administration from Norwich University in 2018.

Prior to joining the NAMIC team, Brian spent four years in various administrative roles in the Indiana Secretary of State’s office. Additionally, he spent time working for the Indiana Republican House Caucus and an Indiana Governor’s campaign.

When he is not researching policy or organizing budgets Brian enjoys spending time with his two German Shepherds, running Spartan races, and watching every movie on Disney Plus with his two-year-old son.
