Patrick is Sr. Vice President and Chief HR Officer for PepsiCo Foods North America, an operating division of PepsiCo. He is a 26 year veteran of PepsiCo with a broad range of leadership experience in beverages and foods. He joined the Frito-Lay division in 1996 as HR Manager in Allen Park, Michigan and progressed through several assignments of increasing responsibility in locations across the United States. In 2008 Patrick joined Pepsi Cola North America to support the acquisition of its two largest bottlers. In 2012 became Chief HR Officer for Frito-Lay North America with responsibility for 70,000 associates in the United States and Canada. In 2019 his role expanded to PepsiCo Foods North America as the Quaker business unit joined Frito-Lay in a unified structure. Before joining PepsiCo, Patrick worked for Exxon USA based in New Orleans, Louisiana. Patrick holds bachelors and master’s degrees in organizational communication from Purdue University. He continues to support the university as the executive sponsor for PepsiCo recruiting and serves on the advisory board of the Krannert school of management and the LGBTQ Center. Patrick also serves on the board of the Sabra Dipping Company, a joint venture of PepsiCo and the Strauss Group. He is an avid football fan and enjoys travel, gardening, and cooking. He and his husband, David Talley, are active in the Dallas and New Orleans communities.
