Nicolette Kapsalis currently serves in HR as a campus recruiter in commercial and global services at Eli Lilly. Nicolette joined this role in January of 2024 and uses her passion for connecting talent with opportunities, building relationships, career development, and paying it forward to recruit and bring top talent to Eli Lilly for internships and full-time roles.
Nicolette is a very passionate, goal-oriented, and driven person. Being a student athlete at IU on the Women’s Soccer team has set her up for facing adversity and establishing the importance of prioritization. During her junior year, Nicolette earned her spot with Eli Lilly’s summer internship in Neuroscience sales division. After a successful completion of her internship, she was offered a full-time role to join Lilly in the Diabetes Sales division. Upon graduation, she was relocated to Savannah, GA where she had a successful launch of one of the company’s industry changing products, Mounjaro. During her time in sales, she served as a lesion for an area wide initiative for Early Career Professionals, served as the business acumen champ for her team, and was selected for Lilly’s Leadership Development Program.
After 2 years in sales, Nicolette achieved a promotion back to Indianapolis into an associate role that focuses on building, maintaining, and growing Lilly’s brand on campus and with students. Nicolette has earned a BA in Psychology from Indiana University and strives to get her Masters in HR in the near future.
When not at work, Nicolette enjoys walks with her dog Bufford, pickleball, trying new restaurants & bars, and spending time with her close friends & family. She comes from a big Greek family with a total of 20 cousins all living within 15 miles of each other so there is always something do to.
