As Client and Community Relations Assistant Director, Nicole is involved in assisting the Indianapolis Management Team with developing goals, strategies and tactics that drive business results. She serves as a strategic partner to all lines of business in the Indianapolis market. She is responsible for managing corporate sponsorship relationships, special event coordination and client hospitality programming. She is also the market lead and liaison for PNC’s corporate philanthropic initiative – Grow Up Great.
Prior to PNC, Nicole spent more than 15 years with the Indianapolis Colts directing the team’s community relations initiatives, enhancing community partnerships, and developing a comprehensive branding, marketing and media strategy for the franchise’s corporate citizenship activities.
Nicole earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with minors in Management, Marketing, and Political Science at Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana. She has also completed several civic leadership/training programs, including the Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce Stanley K. Lacy Executive Leadership Series, United Way of Central Indiana Ardath Burkhart Board Development Program and the Women’s Fund of Central Indiana OPTIONS program.
Nicole has served in leadership/board positions with several civic agencies, including Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Indiana, Rebuilding Together Indianapolis, Indiana Sports Corporation, and Indianapolis Downtown Marketing Board.
Past volunteer engagement includes Junior League of Indianapolis, Executive Women’s Golf Association, 2005 Solheim Cup and 2008 US Diving Team Trials Local Organizing Committees, 2012 Super Bowl Host Committee, 2012 and 2013 Big Ten Football Championship Local Organizing Committee, 100th Running of the Indianapolis 500 Host Committee (2016).
She currently is a member of the Indianapolis Children’s Museum Guild, serves as Chair of the St. Luke Catholic Church Annual Fall Festival and served as President of St. Luke Catholic School Parent Teacher Organization. In her spare time, Nicole has served as a volunteer coach for baseball/softball, basketball, volleyball and soccer. Nicole lives in Indianapolis with her husband and two children.
