Michael is a 2014 graduate of the Purdue University with duel degrees in Political Science and History. Michael joined Resultant as a senior consultant in July 2021. Prior to his role at Resultant, Michael worked for Conexus Indiana, a non-profit based in Indianapolis whose mission is to accelerate, promote and grow Indiana's advanced manufacturing and logistics sectors. He held multiple roles within Conexus; he started as a Project Coordinator and last their Director of Operations & Strategic Initiatives. He was the youngest member of the Conexus senior leadership team, fulfilling his responsibilities such as managing all budgets, contracts, project management, human resources and strategy. He started his career as a Legislative Assistant in the Indiana House of Representatives serving in this role for two years. Michael resides in Indianapolis and outside of his career, he sits on several committees and boards. He currently serves as the Vice President of the Pi Kappa Phi Housing Corporation and is an advisor working directly for the Chairman, President, Executive Committee and Board in preparation for the 2022 College Football Playoff to be hosted in Indianapolis.
