Daniella Ashibuogwu is an Innovation and Automation Business Systems Specialist at TD Bank, America’s Most Convenient Bank, based in Chicago, IL. Daniella began her career with Lincoln Financial Group’s Leadership Preparation Program (LPP), a multi-year development program with rotating assignments. Starting in Fort Wayne, IN, as a proposal writer followed by a move to Philadelphia as an Enterprise Continuous Improvement consultant in the Digital Organization where she held numerous responsibilities of an analytical or consulting nature providing process automation solutions such as: robotics process automation (RPA), desktop process automation (DPA), optical character recognition (OCR), and artificial intelligence (AI). Through a connection on LinkedIn, Daniella was recruited by TD Bank to be a Business Process Manager II, supporting the Finance organization at TD Bank. Her primary focus was to lead process transformation projects aimed at improving employee experience. In her current role as a Business Systems Specialist she is tasked with assessing core banking and financial processes for automation, digitization, API, and Blockchain technology implementation opportunities and managing deployment of solutions. Daniella graduated from Purdue University, with degrees in Political Science and Entrepreneurship and Innovation from the Krannert School of Business. While at Purdue, Daniella was involved in Greek life, Student government, and the CLA leadership council. She studied abroad in China, Greece and France. Daniella was able to secure credited and paid internships at the Indiana Democratic Party, the Indiana State Senate and Ice Miller lobbying firm. Daniella now lives in Chicago, IL where she enjoys the vibrant food scene, spending time with her niece and rollerblading the Lake Front Trail.
