As the former Chief Strategy Consultant for her firm, Gibson Carlisle, Chantal worked with the public sector and non-profit clients including Penn State, University of New Mexico, Sandia National Labs, and others to provide digital and IT systems strategy and implementation, customer experience strategy, team development, user-driven architecture and design, and project and portfolio management.

Chantal has over twenty years of experience in IT management with a focus on digital strategy, program development, and building high-performing teams.
