Abbey Keane is the Acquisition Manager for the Hub Delivery Partner program at Amazon. The HubDP program offers an opportunity for small businesses in Rural America to earn extra income by delivering packages to the neighbors in their community. Abbey stepped into this role in 2021 to pilot the program in the US and is responsible for leading the team’s strategy in recruiting business partners. The team recruited over 800 small businesses in 2022 and expects to grow 10x YoY.

 

Abbey fell in love with sales early in her career while working at an event technology firm, Meeting Tomorrow. She simultaneously dabbled in entrepreneurship and worked with her mom’s consulting firm creating and facilitating leadership development seminars in topics such as: DiSC, Emotional Intelligence, and Public Speaking. Abbey moved to Nashville in 2017 and joined a startup, JumpCrew, which provides outsourced sales services to brands like Twitter, Experian, Zillow, and Alibaba. She was able to grow her career at JumpCrew holding numerous roles within sales, building the Client Success department, and directing the new business team.

 

While at Purdue, she spent most of her time racing around campus participating in student-led organizations such as Boiler Gold Rush, Purdue Dance Marathon, Alpha Chi Omega, College of Liberal Arts Leadership Council, Old Masters, and was a student athlete on the women’s track and field team her freshman year. Abbey resides in Nashville and spends her time with her goldendoodle Bedford, traveling (mostly to bachelorette parties!), and growing her side hustle - Keane Career Consulting which helps people navigate career changes.
