With over 25 years of hands-on worldwide consulting expertise, Kim Koeller is the managing director of Horizon Group International. She leads growth and innovation projects from strategy to execution for cross-industry clients ranging from entrepreneurial start-ups and mid-size business to Fortune 500 multi-nationals.

In addition, Kim established Gluten & Allergy Free Passport to foster global social change for gluten free diets, celiac disease and food allergies. A recognized pioneer in special diet travel, Kim and her team developed the first-of-its-kind Let’s Eat Out Around the World educational series, hospitality training and food product business solutions.

Prior to this, Kim was a partner with Accenture in the global customer relationship management line of business and held various leadership positions including client delivery excellence practice lead and strategic vendor alliance partner. During her 17-year tenure at Accenture, Kim and her teams delivered several first-to-market transformation engagements for Fortune 100 corporations.

She is a published author and creator of multiple award-winning books and mobile apps as well as a frequent speaker at national and international conferences. Her media interviews include NBC and ABC TV, Wall Street Journal, USA Today and other publications around the world.

Kim has visited all 50 States, traveled almost 3 million miles and worked on-site with clients in 13 countries across North America, Europe, Asia Pacific and South America.

She has also been honored with the Purdue University College of Liberal Arts Distinguished Alumni Award as well as recognized as one of the Top 50 Liberal Arts Alumni in 50 Years.

Kim holds an MBA / Master in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor’s degree in French from Purdue University with an immersive year study abroad program at the University of Strasbourg France . She is an alumni mentor for Purdue Liberal Arts students and a founding board member of University of Chicago Celiac Disease Center.
