Chelsea C. Hayes, SPHR is the CEO at The Coaching Factory, an LA based Corporate Training & Development firm that specializes in interactive experiences on Inclusion, Leadership and Management. Her company also provides ghostwriting and counsel to CEOs and celebrities. Her clients include global powerhouses like General Mills, PepsiCo, Eli Lilly, NBC and Morgan Stanley.

After beginning college at the age of sixteen, Chelsea earned two Bachelor's Degrees from Purdue University and a Master’s Degree in Corporate Communication from Northwestern University. She served as the Vice President of the Purdue University College of Liberal Arts Alumni Board and in 2017, was named 1 of 2 of Purdue University's Outstanding Alumni under 35. She is also a proud member of Northwestern University’s Council of 100-an invitation only group of Northwestern’s top female alumnae executives.

Chelsea is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the HR Certification Institute and her work has been featured in The Hollywood Reporter. If she’s not with a client, you can find her arranging flowers or glued to FaceTime with her nieces and nephew, Chyla, Cadyn and Croix.
