Peter Watkins was educated at the University of Warwick and Washington University in St. Louis where he received his Ph.D. in Political Science in 1995. He has taught classes in constitutional law, American politics, and in an interdisciplinary liberal arts program. He was the principal writer and researcher for the Center for C-SPAN Scholarship & Engagement's podcast series “My Constitution.” He previously taught at the former Saint Joseph's College in its Core Curriculum.  His email is
