Ranran He

Ranran He is a dual-title PhD student in Sociology and Gerontology. Her research broadly focuses on family relationships, aging, and digital technology use, with particular interests in (1) how digital technologies transform family relationships in later life and shape health outcomes across generations and (2) digital inequality across the life course. Her research is methodologically versatile: she draws on longitudinal survey data, qualitative interviews, and geospatial data and is especially committed to advancing mixed-methods approach in family and gerontology research.
