How has your internship helped build skills and clarify your career goals?

It has helped me polish my skills in reporting and producing and get real life experiences working for news stations.

How do you apply your Liberal Arts skills in your internship?

I have applied my skills I have learned in classes into my reporting and producing. My classes have helped me prepare for this.

Describe your typical day as an intern.

My typical day as an intern is I come in, I start working on editing the show, and I come up with ideas for the next days or weeks in the show.

What was the most challenging aspect of your internship?

The most difficult experience has been me knowing that what I do is being aired live, so I do not have room for error.

What surprised you most about your internship?

It surprised me how experienced I actually was in my field and how quickly I could catch up to speed with everyone else.

Describe the most meaningful experience you had as an intern.

My most meaningful experience has been being able to create bonds with these people who truly care about me moving forward.
