Philosophy Department Graduate Student Representatives
Currently three PhD students serve as “Grad Reps”. Grad Reps serve as one liaison between the graduate students and the philosophy department faculty, providing an important voice for the interests and concerns of the community of graduate students. Responsibilities include attending faculty meetings, meeting with the director of graduate studies and the head of the department at least once a semester, organizing social events for graduate students as well as faculty, and encouraging graduate students to attend department events.
