Social Events

The SLC Social Events Committee enhances the social environment for undergraduates, graduates, faculty and staff by providing and promoting activities and events which focus on getting to know our colleagues. Our committee seeks to create positive fellowship among the many foreign languages as well as link literature and linguistics within the department through various activities and events.
Family and significant others are welcome to attend. 

The Graduate Student Committee (GSC) additionaly schedule regular social events and gatherings promoting a strongh sense of communinity that graduate students embrasse and appreciate. Some of these events are well stablished and they happen every years like the SLC Graduate Students Welcome Dinner, or the End of Year Gathering, or Movie Nights while others are planned and organized every year by the GSC Social chair.
