A consumer strategist at heart and advocate for mission-driven organizations and individuals that create value while delivering societal benefit, Todd Putman is the Chief Commercial Officer of Bolthouse Farms, the premiere grower/producer of baby carrots in the U.S. and the #1 super-premium juice brand in the country. His responsibilities at Bolthouse – a wholly owned subsidiary of the Campbell’s Soup Company – include sales, consumer and customer marketing, innovation and R&D.

The mission at Bolthouse Farms is to Inspire the Fresh Revolution, and Todd has dedicated himself to doing just that.  He recently served as an architect of a unique partnership between the White House and First Lady Michelle Obama’s Let’s Move! Initiative, the Sesame Workshop, and the Produce Marketing Association created to encourage children to make the choice to eat more fruits and vegetables. Todd now is tasked with bringing that partnership’s “Eat Brighter” campaign to the U.S. marketplace.

Prior to joining Bolthouse, Todd was President and Managing Director of The Future Pull Group, an innovation and marketing consultancy firm that advises purpose-built brands, particularly those competing in the health/wellness and retail sectors. Before that, he spent over 30 years in general management, marketing and innovation roles with powerhouse brands like Procter and Gamble, The Walt Disney Company, and The Coca-Cola Company.

Todd earned a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University, and now sits as a member of the school’s Dean’s Advisory Council. His other board affiliations include The Public Good Project in New York, NY; Sahale Snacks, a premier nut/snacking company headquartered in Seattle, WA (recently acquired by the J.W. Smucker’s Company); and Milk + Bookies, a Los Angeles, CA-based charity that promotes childhood literacy and philanthropy. Todd, who is also a strategic advisor to The Translational Genomics Research Institute (TGEN) in Phoenix, AZ, spends his limited free time collaborating on his upcoming book Be More, Find Your Truth, Tell Your Story, and Get What You Want Out of Life.

Todd resides in Los Angeles with his wife, Rachel, and two children.
