Director of Student Care and Integrity, Carroll Community College

Dr. Anderson serves as the Director of Student Care and Integrity at Carroll Community College in Maryland, where she also contributes as an adjunct professor. Additionally, she founded and currently directs Strong Sister, Silly Sister, Inc., a nonprofit that empowers collegiate women to make ethical choices and embrace personal growth. Beyond the college campus, Dr. Anderson actively engages with various boards and committees, including the University of Iowa's Graduate College External Advisory Board and The Mid-Atlantic Gigabit Innovation Collaboratory (MAGIC).

Recognized for her exceptional contributions, Dr. Anderson was honored with the 40 under 40 Leading Women in Maryland award. Proudly hailing from York, Pennsylvania, Dr. Anderson finds purpose in giving back to her community. She channels her creativity into writing poetry and is an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Driven by her parents' values and her faith, she embraces her role as a catalyst for positive change and community empowerment.
