Advisory Board Member Profiles  

Amy Fick-Boggs, Steelcase 

As a Strategic Account Manager with Steelcase for over 10 years, Amy applies research and insights to the intersection of space, technology and furniture, helping individuals and teams in leading companies, hospitals and Universities in the Midwest to be more successful at work, with healing, or through learning environments. Amy is a Purdue alumni and works with several Midwest Universities design programs. 

Nancy Wright, RJE Business Interiors 

Nancy is the new business development and A&D representative for RJE Business Interiors. She is involved with the design programs of the colleges and universities in Indiana, serving on various advisory boards and acting as a judge for projects and competitions. 

Nancy Ramsey, Miller Knoll 

Nancy has over 20 years of industry experience managing accounts and distribution for Herman Miller throughout Central Indiana. She is additionally responsible for sharing corporate research and resources on business issues affecting spaces where we work, learn, and grow. She is a member of the Design Arts Society Board of the Indianapolis Museum of Art and Mentor for the Charles Tindley Collegiate Academy. 

Sara Richey, Schmidt Architects 

Sara is passionate about the impact human centered design has on the built environment. She’s a graduate of Purdue University with a B.A. in Interior Design and continued studies at Rhode Island School of Design in Architecture. Early in her career, Sara practiced Interior Design and Architecture for BSA Lifestructures, then shifted into Sales and Sales Management working for Steelcase and Designtex. Her roles included Director of Strategy and Workplace Consultant overseeing various components of business development in the Midwest, U.S., Canada and Asia Pacific. Her love is working with clients, end-users, and the architectural design community by linking behaviors with outcomes to improve the human condition 

Jennifer Worley, BSA Lifestructures 

Jennifer is the Director of Interior Design at BSA Lifestructures in Indianapolis who believes in the power of human-centered design practices.  Jennifer has extensive experience in healthcare interiors integrating design research into planning and design.     

Wendy Hynes, Tappe Architects 

Wendy is the Director of Interior Design for Tappe Architects in Boston, MA. Wendy not only brings over 20 years of design experience as an interior designer but has also held roles as an interior design educator and researcher with multiple scholarly journal publications.  Wendy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design as well as a Master’s Degree in Architecture.     

Diana Ricks, Four Point Design 

Diana is a part owner, team lead, and award winning designer at Four Point Design. Specializing in Healthcare interiors, Diana is passionate about experiential design approaches that cultivate a client’s culture and the community.     

Sim Nabors, Ratio Architects 

Sim is a Principal and Director of Interior Design for Ratio Architecture in Indianapolis.  With decades of experience, Sim began his career in Dallas, Texas and spent time working for global firms on the West Coast before entering a leadership role at Ratio.   

Ana Pinto-Alexander, HKS inc.  

Ana is the Global Sector Director of Interiors, Executive Vice President and Partner at HKS.  Ana was named one of the top 25 most influential people in healthcare design and recipient of multiple awards such as the Indiana Legends IN Design award and Distinguished Alumni award from Purdue University, West Lafayette.  Ana has been invited to speak about the importance and role of interior design at multiple national and international venues.  She has been featured in multiple industry publications and was admitted to the IIDA college of Fellows.

Lori Mukoyama, Gensler

Lori is a Principal, Design director, and Global hospitality leader based in Chicago. With more than 20 years of industry experience, Lori’s creative design direction paired with her understanding of the end user supports her leadership across a variety of hotel, restaurant, retail, and office building projects in the US and across the globe. She works closely with a diverse portfolio of clients including Hyatt, Marriott and Sterling Bay on the development of experience-driven environments, and applies a hospitality lens to fitness and retail brands including Studio Three, Radio Flyer, and Sam Edelman.

Lori is a sought-after voice in the industry, with recent speaking engagements at NeoCon on both experiential design and generative AI. She has a passion for mentoring the next generation of designers and is actively involved in industry organizations including DIFFA and NOMA.

Patricia Rotondo, Lamar Johnson Collaborative

Patricia is a Senior Principal, Hospitality and Residential market leader, with over 30 years of experience with award-winning projects worldwide. She has a uniquely creative and concept-based design approach that delivers forward-thinking designs and guides collaboration between the client and team. She is responsible for developing design concepts and space analyses for significant projects, creating thoughtfully designed destinations, including hotels and resorts, multi-family communities, government buildings, mixed-use, residential, senior living communities, higher education, entertainment and cultural, working with clients globally. She is the recipient of numerous awards and honors, including IIDA Member of the Year award. She has been featured in leading design publications such as Interior Design, Hospitality Design and Boutique Design. Her approach is highly collaborative and the results, spectacular finished spaces, thrill her clients.
