Dubose is the Vice President of Human Resources with Veolia Environnement, the world leader in environmental services. Prior joining Veolia Environnement, DuBose served as Vice President of Human Resources at Air Liquide where he provided executive level direction for the corporate human resources function and served as a member of the Company’s Executive Committee, Policy Committee and Chair of the Employee’s Benefit Committee.

Throughout the past 19+ years, bringing innovative and decisive human resources leadership has been the foundation for Dubose’s success. Dubose has pioneered HR, employee relations benefits, training and OD, recruiting and labor relations programs that have been the catalyst for organizational growth and financial gain.
