Karen Korellis Reuther

Karen is Vice President, Creative Director at Reebok. She is responsible for brand-defining and consumer relevant creative leadership and design implementation across all design disciplines, including brand identity, product, retail and mobile. Karen guides Reebok’s design excellence, inspires creative rigor and craft, resulting in a unified global design strategy. 

Karen spent 12 years at Nike, including her final role as Global Creative Director. In this role, she led global design strategies for Nike across footwear, apparel and equipment. 

Most recently, Karen was Creative Director and Brand Psychologist at Cast Collective, a collective of consultants working in the areas of design, innovation and technology. At Cast she served clients such as Puma, Vans, Timberland, Pantone, Piaggio Fast Forward, TJX Corporation, and Everybody Fights.

She grew up in Hammond, Indiana and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Design from Purdue University and a MBA from Lesley University. Karen is a frequent speaker and lecturer at universities and events, including TED Talks. She is fluent in both German and Greek. She currently serves on the Board of Advisors for the Berklee College of Music’s Institute for Creative Entrepreneurship. She is a  requested public speaker on topics that range from innovation, mentorship, entrepreneurship, design and color, she delivered a TED talk at TEDxBerkleeValencia 2015 titled “Leaving Your Dream”. In 2017 Karen served on the jury for product design at iF International Design Awards in Hamburg, Germany.
