Dick Springer is the former Director of Human Resources at ISEC, Inc., a leading national prime trades contractor and subcontractor for specialty building interiors and equipment. 

A few of ISEC’s recent standout examples include the newly opened Marriott Marquis Houston in Houston, TX, in which ISEC, Inc. assisted with glass handrails, architectural woodwork, and more. ISEC, Inc. also supported various trades including architectural woodwork, wood casework & stone countertops for the historical renovation & restoration of the Los Angeles County Hall of Justice in Los Angeles, CA. Dick served as the Director of Human Resources at ISEC, Inc. for over 12 years. Prior to his role at ISEC, Inc. he was employed at Travelers Insurance, beginning as a trainee in the HR department, advancing to the Regional Manager of Human Resources position during his 22 year tenure. 

Dick received his BA in Sociology from Purdue in 1970 and then went on to receive his Master’s Degree in Industrial Relations (MSIR) from the Purdue Krannert School of Management in 1972. Originally geared towards the large percentage of union contract negotiations in industry, Krannert’s MSIR program was one of the earliest Human Resources programs offered, and has become highly regarded in the current business environment.

Dick is a proud Purdue Legacy, his father being an Engineering graduate from Purdue in 1930.  Dick currently resides in Denver, CO where he has lived for the past 35 years.
